Fastest setup

Hot Player

A simple choice for Smart TVs and streaming devices. Link your playlist with the MAC address shown in the app.

    Install the correct app

    Open your device app store, search “Hot Player”, install it, and launch it once.

  2. 02

    Copy the MAC address

    Keep the first screen open or take a clear photo of the MAC address displayed by the app.

  3. 03

    Open the upload page

    On a phone or computer, open the official upload page below and enter the MAC address exactly as shown.

  4. 04

    Add your subscription

    Choose M3U or Xtream Codes. Paste the details from your subscription message, give the playlist a simple name, and save.

  5. 05

    Reload Hot Player

    Return to the TV, select Reload/Refresh if available, or fully close and reopen the app.

Using a phone or tablet?On Android or iPhone, you may see Add Playlist inside the app. Choose Xtream Codes, then enter the server URL, username, and password directly.

Good to know: Hot Player is a separate media player. Its license or activation fee is not the same as your IPTV subscription.

IBO Pro Player

    Install IBO Pro Player

    Search your device app store for the exact app name. Install it, then open it to reach the welcome screen.

  2. 02

    Save both device codes

    Write down the MAC/Device ID and Device Key. Both are required to access the playlist manager.

  3. 03

    Sign in to the manager

    Open the official playlist manager on your phone or computer, enter both codes, then select Login.

  4. 04

    Choose Add XC Playlist

    For the easiest setup, enter your server URL, username, and password. If you received one long link instead, choose Add M3U Playlist.

  5. 05

    Save, then restart

    Save the playlist, fully close IBO Pro Player, reopen it, and wait while the categories load.

Using a phone or tablet?On a phone or tablet, tap Add Playlist or +. Select Xtream Codes, enter a playlist name and your three login fields, then save.

Good to know: IBO Pro may start with a trial. Player activation after the trial is paid separately to the app developer.

Clean TV experience

BOB Player

Designed for an easy remote-control experience. Pair the device online, add your playlist, and reload the app.

    Download BOB Player

    Install BOB Player from your device’s official app store. Open it and allow the first screen to finish loading.

  2. 02

    Note the device details

    Take a photo of the MAC/Device ID and Device Key. If you switch between Wi-Fi and cable, the TV may show a different MAC.

  3. 03

    Open Manage Playlists

    Visit the official BOB Player website on a phone or computer and choose Manage Playlists.

  4. 04

    Connect your playlist

    Enter the device details, then add the M3U URL or Xtream Codes supplied with your subscription. Save your changes.

  5. 05

    Refresh the app

    Close and reopen BOB Player. Allow a minute for Live TV, Movies, and Series to finish loading.

Using a phone or tablet?On mobile, use Add Playlist inside the app when available. Paste the full M3U URL, or choose Xtream Codes and complete all login fields.

Good to know: BOB Player contains no channels. The app license and the IPTV subscription are two separate purchases.

MAG / Infomir

Set up a MAG Box

MAG boxes use a Portal URL and the box MAC address instead of an IPTV player app. Your MAC must be registered with us before the portal can load.

    Connect the box

    Connect your MAG box to the TV with HDMI and to the internet by Ethernet or Wi-Fi, then power it on.

  2. 02

    Find the MAC address

    Open Settings or System Settings and note the MAC address. It usually starts with 00:1A:79. Send it to us on WhatsApp.

  3. 03

    Open the portal settings

    Press SET/SETUP on the remote, then go to System Settings → Servers → Portals.

  4. 04

    Enter the portal

    Set Portal 1 Name to buylptv. Enter the exact Portal 1 URL we sent you, including http:// and any port number.

  5. 05

    Save the settings

    Press OK to save. Leave Portal 2 empty unless our support team gives you a second address.

  6. 06

    Restart and load

    Exit the settings and restart the MAG box. Wait while the portal loads the channels and TV guide for the first time.

Portal not loading? Check that the MAC you sent us matches the box, retype the complete Portal URL, and restart both the router and MAG box.

Quick fixes

Something not working?

Most setup issues come from one missing character, an old playlist, or a device that needs a restart.

01The playlist was added, but nothing appears

Fully close the player and reopen it. If the app has Reload or Refresh, select it. Confirm that the complete server URL or M3U link was pasted without spaces.

02I see “Invalid credentials” or “Authorization failed”

Re-enter the username and password exactly as received. They are case-sensitive. Do not add spaces, and do not use your website account password.

03My channels are freezing or buffering

Restart the router and device, then test with an Ethernet cable if possible. Close background apps and try a non-4K channel to compare.

04The MAC address changed

Some TVs use one MAC for Wi-Fi and another for Ethernet. Return to the player manager and use the MAC currently displayed inside the app.

05Movies work, but Live TV does not

Refresh the playlist and test another channel category. If the issue continues on every device, contact your subscription provider with a screenshot.

06The player asks me to pay

Most premium players have their own trial and activation fee. Paying for the IPTV subscription does not automatically activate a third-party player.
